In rare cases, stripe flags a transaction as high-risk. This commonly happens due to the usage of VPN.
Do not use a VPN when you try to make payments.

Also, stripe tries to take other factors like location, card’s issuer country, IP address, email id etc in to consideration when evaluating a payment transaction.
