You can add as many tags as you want to a post and they are automatically inserted as meta keywords.

p.s:
Sometimes, users do keyword stuffing. Which is frowned upon. Instead, use keywords in post content meaningfully. Also, google doesn’t consider “meta keywords” for ranking anymore. The whole weightage is in post content.
